David Crosby’s personal relationship with Neil Young appeared to fall apart late last year when Crosby commented on Young’s personal life. Now Crosby has taken to Twitter, over a period days, to both reach out to Young and to explain a complicated relationship that has been a cornerstone for the often-fractured Crosby Stills Nash and Young since the Woodstock era, according to Something Else!
“He’s pretty mad at me,” Crosby admits, before revealing: “I apologized. We’ll see.”
The article goes on to state that even in this period of reconciliation, however, David Crosby can’t hide his feelings on Neil Young’s lo-fi Letter from Home album, recorded in Jack White’s throwback phone booth. Crosby deftly avoided answering, thus making his real opinion clear. Asked whether Young can be difficult to work with, Crosby is more magnanimous. “Sometimes, yes; sometimes, no,” he says. “He’s very intelligent, can be funny.”

Neil Young will be in Austin, Texas on Thursday, March 19 to attend a screening of his 1982 movie “Human Highway.”
According to Noise 11, “Human Highway” will screen at the Paramount on Congress at 5 p.m. in Austin and it will be followed by a Q & A session with Young himself.
Young starred in and co-directed with his friend Dean Stockwell the alternative-comedy, bizarre, eclectic movie that featured appearances by Young, Stockwell, Devo and Randy Hopper. In the movie Young sings “Hey, Hey, My, My” with Devo.
60s fold singer David Blue also made an appearance in the movie. He died shortly after in 1982.
The movie received poor reviews and was once released on VHS video but has not resurfaced yet on DVD or Blue-Ray.

Neil Young is among a line-up of special guests who will be performing on Saturday, April 25th at The Hollywood Pantages Theatre for the 3rd Light Up The Blues Concert—An Evening of Music to Benefit Autism Speaks, the world’s leading autism science and advocacy organization.
According to Look to the Stars, the line-up includes Shawn Colvin, The White Buffalo, Steve Earle, Chris Stills, emcee Jack Black, Spencer Harte featuring Petra Haden, Nick Guzman and Matt Savage.
The benefit concert will begin at 7:30 PM.

Proceeds from the Light Up The Blues Concert will go towards Autism Speaks’ research and advocacy efforts for families and individuals impacted by the disorder.

The cadre of celebrities has a history of opposing the pipeline. But the latest Hollywood push arrives ahead of an expected presidential veto of legislation approved by the GOP Congress to build Keystone XL, a pipeline that would haul crude oil from Canada to the Gulf Coast.
Obama’s veto could land as early as Tuesday, after Republicans send the bill to the White House.
