According to an article that appeared in Art News, the show’s story takes place during the ’60s and involves a 35-year-old presidential candidate named Neil Sky. Modeled after Neil Young, Sky represents everything a ’60s kid could want. (The title of the performance is borrowed from Jack Weinberg, an activist at UC Berkeley during the ’60s and a member of the Free Speech Movement.) Notably, Sky will put everyone over 30 in a rehab facility where they’ll get LSD in their drinking water. The plot is loopy and absurd, and Graham said it was inspired by Billy Wilder’s comedies. Mostly, however, “I did it just for fun,” Graham said. “All art should be for fun.”
Graham, the 73-year-old artist, is known for creating environments that involve mirrors and video. He has been working in New York since the late ’60s, but he is still young at heart.
His puppet performance involves “a very amateur group, like the Beastie Boys,” with video projections by Tony Oursler and live rock music by Japanther. (To further underscore the irony, Graham noted that the puppeteers were “among the best in the world.”)
Recent photos of Neil Young and his latest distraction Daryl Hannah, show Young wearing a foot brace.
The photos were taken Saturday. May 30 after the two were seen having breakfast at Ollie’s Duck & Dive in Malibu, where Young appears to be living, while his wife Pegi Young remains at the couple’s ranch near La Honda, waiting for the impending divorce to become official.
According to San Mateo County Civil Court Records, a status conference is scheduled for June 19, followed by a July 10 hearing on a motion for bifurcation of issues and a request by Neil Young for case resolution.
In divorce cases bifurcation means a couple legally dissolves the marriage, but postpones resolving issues such as property distribution until a later date.

In an interview with Rolling Stone, Florence Welch of Florence and the Machine talks about her performance at the Bridge School Benefit last year and how Neil Young told her that he thought she was a man.
According to the story written by Patrick Doyle, Welch said:
“Yeah. He’s got such incredible energy. He said that when he first heard my record, he thought that I was a man with a high voice [laughs]. He was like, ‘I live in the mountains. I don’t know much media. I just thought you were a man called Florence.’ And I was like, ‘Hey, that’s pretty punk.’ ” I was like, “Thanks, Neil. Thank you so much.”
